Diapalmtidyl phosphatidylcholine

This is phospholipid consisting of two palmitic acids attached to a phosphatidylcholine head-group. This is a main component of surfactant in the lung which reduces surface tension. 

Cardiolipin

(IUPAC name 1,3-bis(sn-3’-phosphatidyl)-sn-glycerol, also known as Calcutta antigen). is an important component of the inner mitochondrial membrane, where it constitutes about 20% of the total lipid composition.

Sphingomyelin

Sphingomyelin is sphingolipid found in the cell membranes, especially membranous myelin sheath.
